Legendary rock band Led Zeppelin reunited for a one-off performance at London’s O2 arena to pay tribute to Ahmet Ertegün. It is said upwards of 20 million people globally applied for the 16,000 available tickets, with the show recorded for an album and DVD release. Tsunami was retained to manage the theatrical release of the film in US cinemas to promote the upcoming product releases.
Under its partnership with global distributor Omniverse Vision, Tsunami managed all aspects of the US screenings;
Booked the film on over 400 screens in the US across all major exhibitors; AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Landmark, etc.
Coordinated the national and regional US marketing campaigns for the screenings, including supervising outside agencies for publicity, social media, rock radio promotion, and media buying
Oversaw the distribution of the film, including ‘print’ distribution and scheduling in the cinemas
Coordinated with Warner Bros. on the album and DVD pre-marketing activities, including the New York film premiere with the band
