Tsunami engineered a comprehensive joint venture partnership between international superstar model Coco Rocha and LA-based Paragon Project to launch a bespoke line of athleisure wear under the CO+CO brand.

Tsunami’s role included;

• Generated a 5-year business plan with financials to secure funding for the venture

• Negotiated the terms of the JV agreement with WME (Coco’s agency) and her legal team

• Secured funding for the venture and negotiated investment agreements with Chinese investors.

• Negotiated a unique distribution agreement for the CO+CO line in China

• Set up the JV infrastructure, including the CO+CO offices, production facilities, admin support, and personnel to staff the venture

• Led all marketing initiatives to launch the brand, including online and social media support systems
